RETURN POLICY

Returns:

Due to sanitary regulations there are restrictions as to what can be returned. All items with a built-in crotch, panties, hosiery, bodystockings, body shapers, teddies and bras are not returnable.

If you have purchased a returnable item and are not satisfied with your purchase or the sizing we can help you with the exchange/return if you notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. The sooner you notify us the more likely your return will be accepted as we can not accepted worn or unsanitary items. Some items are returnable only if a manufacturer defect is found. Refer to the individual product descriptions for return information on specific lingerie items. We issue STORE CREDIT for authorized returns.

• Email us at contact@fromtheheartlingerie.com before returning your purchase to obtain a Return Authorization. Requests MUST be made within 7 DAYS of receiving your purchase.


• Simply return your unused and undamaged item(s) with all original tags attached and in original packaging to our address noted in our reply email within 3 days of your return approval. Your return approval will provide you with further instructions.

Stipulations:

• All items must be clean and unworn with all tags attached. All pre-packaged items must be returned in their original packaging. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in other than new condition and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  
  BRAS, SHAPERS, COSTUMES, items with thongs/panties attached(like TEDDIES), HOSIERY and BODYSTOCKINGS are NOT RETURNABLE and do NOT follow our normal Return Policy.
  
  No returns will be accepted if you notify us after 7 days of receiving your purchase.
• All returns without a Return Authorization from us will shipped back to you at your cost. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Receiving Your Store Credit:

Upon receipt of your item we will issue you store credit less a $2.50 restocking fee per item. Store credit can not be applied to shipping charges.

Exchanges:

If you want the item(s) that you are returning in another size or color you may place another order on our website after you receive your store credit for the original item(s).

Defects in Workmanship:

Although this is not a common event - if you happen to receive an item with a defect in workmanship contact us immediately for return. The same conditions apply as stated above. The item can not be worn or washed to claim a defect. We guarantee all items will be free of defects. A replacement will be sent upon the return of defective item. If the item cannot be replaced you will receive a full refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
